On December 23rd we drove over to Hot Springs to meet Lane's parents and brother and his family for lunch at HSCC. The buffet there is always so good!

L's parents gave Crosby a fireman costume, which he LOVED! His friend, Cole, has one so Crosby is looking forward to a playdate with him so they can both dress up. :) He wore this all evening!

I usually don't care for eggnog, but I like Bob's! It has ice cream and Cool Whip--can't go wrong there!
We spent the night Sunday night and Rose Mary cooked breakfast for us Monday (Christmas Eve) before we had to come home to do some very last-minute shopping and get ready for the Christmas Eve service at our church. We'd planned to go to Garvan Gardens to look at lights Sunday night, but when it came time to go, the kids just wanted to stay and play with their new toys. Bob picked up pizza and we had a nice, relaxing evening in. So thankful for L's family!
