Table that Lane and I sat at on our first date (Capers, June 30, 2000). I ate at this restaurant with two of my friends recently and noticed the empty table as we left--so I snapped a picture.

Rhett decided to empty his piggy-bank one day and roll the change so he could buy a new DS game.

While Rhett was counting money in the kitchen, Crosby was in the living room doing this:

I've mentioned the (un-welcomed) snake that hangs out in our back yard...Alexee isn't scared of him. She got REAL close to take his picture (in that bush). The boys, however, share my fear of snakes. This is what they were doing while Alexee was photographing the snake: HA! I would have been on the stool too if there had been room!Alexee picked a petunia for her night stand :)

Dad and (my cousin) Keith stopped by one day when they were in town for a meeting. The kids thought Keith was lots of fun! They've since asked me when he can come spend the night with us!

Kids planted watermelon seeds a few days ago and they sprouted almost overnight. Sadly, we planted way too late in the season to actually enjoy a watermelon. We'll have to try again next spring.
